Paul Rawlinson has over 30 years experience dealing with residential and commercial property investment and the development of major schemes in the UK and Europe. After experience as an agent in London, Paul joined developer/investor DCP International/Codic with a development/investment programme of in excess of £1bn and Paul was a key deal maker       for major investment and development projects of various use classes in the UK and Europe.

Paul was also managing director of Hillier Parker in southern Europe and has experience of all sectors of property as a developer, agent and investor. Paul has a Masters Degree with Distinction Real Estate Investment and Finance from The University of the West of England
